Can I buy these kits ready to run?
Hanovale/AHC are kit producers, we don't make ready-to-run models.
However, there are model builders who will assemble, paint and decal
your kits to your specifications. You may also find model builders who
assemble Hanovale/AHC kits on spec and sell them either through their
own website or on eBay.
One model builder who has assembled a great many
Hanovale kits and who we are happy to recommend is Jurgen Engel.
You should contact Jurgen, or whichever model builder you
choose, for his pricing structure. As a rough indication only, you
should expect that assembly of a kit will cost about 110% on top of the
kit price. So for a $30 kit the total cost for kit and assembly would
be $63 plus whatever postage is involved.
If you are using a model
builder not listed here then we are unable to act as a go-between. You
will need to make the arrangements and forward the kit to the model
builder yourself. If you choose to use a model builder listed here then
we can arrange to send the kit directly to the model builder although
we require that you contact him to obtain details of pricing, timing
and to specify details of the livery to be applied.
