NDPF Ballast Plough

Kit No. N001
NHBF Bogie Ballast Wagon
Those of you who've been in the hobby for a while might remember the Hanovale NHBF. It wasn't around all that long because, well to be blunt, it just didn't go together at all well. But now it's been remastered and will shortly be available again. This time it's got a one piece hopper that goes on the solid underframe that includes the discharge chutes. The side bracing is made of laser-cut styrene, as are the discharge linkages. Now we've just got to make a few minor changes.

NHBF W1404

Kit No. F034
RCWF Bogie Wire Coil Wagon
Our NCWF was only suitable for those modeling the brief period between the introduction of the NCWF in 1985 and 1988 when they were all converted to the double layer version. To make matters worse the single layer version was only seen between Sydney and Newcastle whereas the extended version can be seen over most of the interstate standard gauge routes. The model will consist of the original version kit plus laser-cut styrene to represent the extended superstructure. The kit also includes a jig so that modelers can get the placement of the superstructure elements right without too much difficulty. The original version will be discontinued as a separate model but can still be made from the kit. The kit will have decals for both the NCWF and RCWF codes. Release will follow the NHBF.

Kit No.
NQTY/NQYY Bogie Container Wagon
Brass and laser-cut styrene
The NQTY/NQYY are short container wagons derived from the NODY open wagon. The NQTY differs from the NQYY only in the type of container lock installed. These wagons are used for a number of purposes including Goonumbla and Blayney mineral concentrate traffic, interstate containerised steel traffic, interstate intermodal traffic and metropolitan trip workings.
The kit will be made of laser cut styrene with an etched brass deck. There are still substantial modifications to be made to the pattern and this kit is still some time off.
